As a result of the strong efforts from the middle and high school band students, the Athens Band program was able to raise $3,500!

Three Athens Choir students represented us well this weekend at the American Choral Directors Association Honors Choir in Milwaukee! Students across a ten-state area auditioned to sing in this choir. Congratulations to Aaron, Andrew, and Ethan on this huge honor!




Great representation from our school! Athens HS FFA and their adviser Ms Stuttgen were servers for the Blue Ribbon Dinner sponsored by the Athens Fair Association. Also great work by two seniors who serve as Fair Queens. Abigail Olson, queen 2018 and Tori Halopka, queen 2019.

The 1st Annual Athens High School Band Mattress Fundraiser is almost here! If you need a mattress or have one that could be replaced, or know someone who might need a new mattress, please come out this Saturday to see us in Athens High School School Commons between 10am and 4:30pm. All of our earnings will be used exclusively for the Band students.

Intro to Ag has been learning about beef cattle production and different breeds. Today they got to decorate sugar cookies to look like a specific breed. They look too good to eat.
